Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Your understanding and agreement to my terms of service are required before proceeding.

Please read them carefully.

1.) Process and Limitations

In-Game Assets Only

I can work with almost any housing items and in-world items. But if it doesn't exist in the game itself, I won't use it. I won't model new items from scratch, but you can request edits/mashups of existing assets. (Ex. Remove a shelf, change colors, use this base with that top, etc.)

Your Mods May Vary

Textures, UV maps, and models are finicky things, and I may only be able to finish a mod partially according to what you describe. Anything that I can't complete will be deducted in price accordingly. We will discuss any perceivable challenges in your commission before starting.

Commissions Are Private

You have ownership of your mod file and you're free to share any mods you commission (or permit me to share them through Ko-fi). However, placing the mods I've created for sale or selling edits of them is not allowed.

References Required

I'll need some kind of visual reference to understand your design and assess if my skills can complete it. For example, you can use MakePlace, Photoshop, or MS Paint to put together a rough concept. It doesn't need to be perfect -- just guide me in the right direction.If you do not wish to provide a visual reference, a design fee will be attached to your commission.

2.) Pricing

Increased Complexity = Increased Price

You can load up on a stall full of goods or a campsite with lots of clutter. But keep in mind that I individually place every item in your design. Adjusting one or two things doesn't take much time, but add 40 or 50 items and it takes a while.

Payment via PayPal Invoices

Progress screenshots/recordings will be shared in DMs or in a private channel in my Discord.
When the work is complete and approved, a Paypal invoice will be sent to the email address you provide.
Once paid, I will provide the mod file (.ttmp2 or .pmp) to you by email or DM.

I will not share early versions of the mod files, and I will not sync to your characters to display the mod over Mare.
Please do not ask.
